Jack Williams represents companies and financial institutions in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. His practice has included matters regarding non-competition provisions, non-solicitation provisions, trade secrets, consumer class actions, landlord-tenant class actions, unfair business practice claims, corporate investigations, and disputes involving sophisticated financial products.
